Funny Wedding Cake Toppers

I met my husband to be about 12 years ago and we were married shortly thereafter. Thankfully, we have been happily married for almost ten years now. Many times over those near ten years I have been asked what attracted me to my husband. It is still the same answer after all this time, his funny personality. My husband has been a jokester from the first day we met, even on our wedding day he didn’t let up on his carefree ways. Because this is the first thing that attracted me to my husband I felt the need to incorporate it into our wedding in the form of choosing a funny wedding cake topper.  Believe it or not, it wasn’t that hard to locate. We received a bit of flack from our parents because according to them the rest of our wedding was so “classy” but we just had to. So, on the day of our wedding there stood a top the wedding cake a bride dragging her tuxedo clad groom by a ball and chain! Everyone loved it, especially us.

If you are in the stages of planning your very own big day, it is perfectly acceptable not to be so serious and stiff. If your significant other has a quirk or a particular reason why you love them so much, it is quite okay to incorporate that. Funny wedding cake toppers are a great way to do that. There are a good variety of them available, and you can even have one custom made if you so desire. They are a great way to have the guests at your wedding let their hair down and laugh! Once they see that you and your significant other have a sense of humor, they will be more apt to laugh with you and have some fun.
