Shipping and Handling Information

How are Shipping and Handling costs calculated?

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the weight of the packages and the shipping zip code. We provide an estimated shipping cost for each order from the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout.

How are items shipped?

We use UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver all orders. The carrier is determined by many different factors and can not be requested. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

When will you receive your order?

To determine the date we'll ship your order, allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing, plus 5 to 10 additional business days if you've requested personalized products. The graph below provides an estimated order timeframe.

Please add 5 to 10 business days to shipping times for orders with personalizations.

Some products will be shipped separately by UPS directly from the manufacturer.

Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost, via UPS Ground (approximately 3-5 business days).

TAG SHIPPING INFORMATION: All personalized tags will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of your order. Please note that all tag orders will be shipped by USPS (First Class U.S. Mail) and arrive in a separate shipment from your Wedding Favor orders.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. The email will contain the tracking code. You may also obtain your tracking code in your order history within the My Account section of our website.

Where can I ship to?

At this time The Wedding Printer can only ship within the continental United States. We are working with our vendors to ship internationally.
