Long weekend response cards

Sometimes a wedding will take place on a weekend that is filled with events. These activities could include a welcome cocktail party, a softball game, a picnic or beach party, the rehearsal dinner, a wedding breakfast, and/or a postwedding brunch.

It is a good idea to enclose an itinerary of the long weekend events in the wedding invitation with either:

• one response card that has check boxes for each activity the guest wants to attend.
• or small printed R.s.v.p. cards for each activity if the parties are being hosted by different people.
• Be sure to include the addresses of the hosts of each event if they are different.
• Hosts of each event may wish, instead, to send out separate invitations and response cards.
