Travel cards / accommodation cards

When guests are coming from out of town, the wedding is in a place that is difficult to reach, or a destination wedding has been planned, special travel arrangements are often made.

Travel cards let guest know about any special transportation that has been arranged to get them to the wedding.

A special bus will leave
Sacred Heart Parish Hall
at two o'clock in the afternoon
and arrive back in Austin
at nine o'clock in the evening
Please present this card to the driver.

When there are guest who will need hotel reservations, it is helpful to send cards that you have had printed or the hotel has printed that let guests know that a block of rooms has been reserved. List the hotel's phone number so each guest can make his or her own reservations.
